Action For Children support children and young people living in Moray aged 5 to 26 years that are experiencing emotional health difficulties and need support to improve their wellbeing.
Our experienced staff understand that life is full of ups and downs and sometimes it’s a struggle to deal with. The team has many different ideas and methods to help children and young people through difficult times.

A range of universal guidance and support in the form of drop-in sessions and workshops across Moray's communities will also be available to book via Eventbrite. Additional support via toolkits, online platforms and our Blues App will be available to young people referred to Sonas.
